We have a mailing system with its own database. All mailings are sent from our server at your desired date and time.

We use the following procedure:

• we design a mail template, usually based on your website and / or house. This template, formatted in HTML, graphics components and style sheets, serves as the basis for each mailing. So you're assured of a consistent layout. The template for each mailing filled with content supplied by you.
• you provide the content at least 48 hours in advance and we put an example of the ready-made mailing for you on our server and / or send you an example-mail, so you can check everything you want.
• if you agree with the mailing we will send to the agreed time or you send it just a single click.

You have full access to the directory, so you can add addresses and other information, delete, import, export, access and adapt. People can also sign up independently via a form on your website and via an unsubscribe link in each mailing. The database is automatically updated as you want and you will automatically receive an e-mail of each purchase and sign out.
